SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RNF38 (ring finger protein 38) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RNF38 qPCR Primer Set – ring finger protein 38
About this gene: RNF38 encodes a protein with a coiled-coil motif and a RING-H2 motif at its carboxy-terminus. The RING motif is a zinc-binding domain found in a large set of proteins playing roles in diverse cellular processes including oncogenesis, development, signal transduction, and apoptosis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 152006; HGNC ID: HGNC:18052; UniProt: Q9H0F5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_022781.5; Chromosome location: 9p13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
