SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RNF32 (ring finger protein 32) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RNF32 qPCR Primer Set – ring finger protein 32
Also known as: FKSG33, HSD15, LMBR2
About this gene: The RNF32 protein contains two RING ring finger motifs. RING finger motifs are present in a variety of functionally distinct proteins and are known to be involved in protein-DNA or protein-protein interactions. RNF32 was found to be expressed during spermatogenesis, most likely in spermatocytes and/or in spermatids.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 140545; HGNC ID: HGNC:17118; UniProt: Q9H0A6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_030936.4; Chromosome location: 7q36.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
