SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TRIM55 (tripartite motif containing 55, also called MuRF2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TRIM55 qPCR Primer Set – tripartite motif containing 55
Also known as: MURF-2, RNF29, muRF2
About this gene: The TRIM55 protein contains a RING zinc finger, a motif known to be involved in protein-protein interactions. The TRIM55 protein associates transiently with microtubules, myosin, and titin during muscle sarcomere assembly. The TRIM55 gene product may act as a transient adaptor and plays a regulatory role in the assembly of sarcomeres.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84675; HGNC ID: HGNC:14215; UniProt: Q9BYV6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_184085.2; Chromosome location: 8q13.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
