SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TRIM63 (tripartite motif containing 63, also called MuRF1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TRIM63 qPCR Primer Set – tripartite motif containing 63
Also known as: CMH31, IRF, MURF1, MURF2, RNF28, SMRZ
About this gene: TRIM63 belongs to the RING zinc finger protein family found in striated muscle and iris. The product of TRIM63 is an E3 ubiquitin ligase that localizes to the Z-line and M-line lattices of myofibrils. The TRIM63 protein is important for the atrophy of skeletal and cardiac muscle and is required for the degradation of myosin heavy chain proteins, myosin light chain, myosin binding protein, and for muscle-type creatine kinase.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84676; HGNC ID: HGNC:16007; UniProt: Q969Q1; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032588.4; Chromosome location: 1p36.11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
