About this gene: The RNF20 protein shares similarity with BRE1 of S. cerevisiae. In contrast, this protein also suppresses the expression of multiple protooncogenes and growth-related genes, including many genes that are induced by epidermal growth factor. RNF20 selectively suppresses the expression of some genes by interfering with chromatin recruitment of transcription elongation factor SII.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
