SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RNF19A (ring finger protein 19A, RBR E3 ubiquitin protein ligase, also called p38) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RNF19A qPCR Primer Set – ring finger protein 19A, RBR E3 ubiquitin protein ligase
Also known as: RNF19
About this gene: RNF19A belongs to the ring between ring fingers protein family, and the RNF19A protein contains two RING-finger motifs and an in between RING fingers motif. The RNF19A protein is an E3 ubiquitin ligase that is localized to Lewy bodies, and ubiquitylates synphilin-1, which is an interacting protein of alpha synuclein in neurons. The RNF19A protein may be involved in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and Parkinson's disease.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 25897; HGNC ID: HGNC:13432; UniProt: Q9NV58; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_183419.4; Chromosome location: 8q22.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
