SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RNF150 (ring finger protein 150) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RNF150 qPCR Primer Set – ring finger protein 150
About this gene: RNF150 is predicted to enable ubiquitin protein ligase activity. It is predicted to be involved in ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 57484; HGNC ID: HGNC:23138; UniProt: Q9ULK6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_020724.2; Chromosome location: 4q31.21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
