SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RNF146 (ring finger protein 146, also called Iduna) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RNF146 qPCR Primer Set – ring finger protein 146
About this gene: RNF146 enables poly-ADP-D-ribose binding activity and ubiquitin-protein transferase activity. It is involved in positive regulation of canonical Wnt signaling pathway; protein ubiquitination; and ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 81847; HGNC ID: HGNC:21336; UniProt: Q9NTX7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001242850.2; Chromosome location: 6q22.33
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
