Human RNF141 qPCR Primer Set – ring finger protein 141
Also known as: RFP141, ZFP26, ZNF230
About this gene: The RNF141 protein contains a RING finger, a motif known to be involved in protein-DNA and protein-protein interactions. Abundant expression of RNF141 was found in the testicular tissue of fertile men, but was not detected in azoospermic patients. Studies of the mouse counterpart suggest that RNF141 may function as a testis specific transcription factor during spermatogenesis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 50862; HGNC ID: HGNC:21159; UniProt: Q8WVD5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_016422.4; Chromosome location: 11p15.4|11p15
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
