SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RNF14 (ring finger protein 14, also called HFB30) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RNF14 qPCR Primer Set – ring finger protein 14
Also known as: ARA54, HFB30, HRIHFB2038, TRIAD2
About this gene: The RNF14 protein contains a RING zinc finger, a motif known to be involved in protein-protein interactions. The RNF14 protein interacts with androgen receptor and may function as a coactivator that induces AR target gene expression in prostate. A dominant negative mutant of RNF14 has been demonstrated to inhibit the AR-mediated growth of prostate cancer.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9604; HGNC ID: HGNC:10058; UniProt: Q9UBS8; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004290.5; Chromosome location: 5q31.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
