SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RNF138 (ring finger protein 138, also called hNARF) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RNF138 qPCR Primer Set – ring finger protein 138
Also known as: HSD-4, NARF, STRIN, hNARF
About this gene: The RNF138 protein contains a RING finger, a motif present in a variety of functionally distinct proteins and known to be involved in protein-DNA and protein-protein interactions.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51444; HGNC ID: HGNC:17765; UniProt: Q8WVD3; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_016271.5; Chromosome location: 18q12.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
