SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RNF135 (ring finger protein 135, also called REUL) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RNF135 qPCR Primer Set – ring finger protein 135
Also known as: L13, MMFD, REUL, Riplet
About this gene: The RNF135 protein contains a RING finger domain, a motif present in a variety of functionally distinct proteins and known to be involved in protein-protein and protein-DNA interactions.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84282; HGNC ID: HGNC:21158; UniProt: Q8IUD6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032322.4; Chromosome location: 17q11.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
