SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RNF128 (ring finger protein 128, also called GRAIL) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RNF128 qPCR Primer Set – ring finger protein 128
Also known as: GRAIL
About this gene: The RNF128 protein is a type I transmembrane protein that localizes to the endocytic pathway. The RNF128 protein contains a RING zinc-finger motif and is reported to possess E3 ubiquitin ligase activity. Expression of RNF128 in retrovirally transduced T cell hybridoma significantly inhibits activation-induced IL2 and IL4 cytokine production.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 79589; HGNC ID: HGNC:21153; UniProt: Q8TEB7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_194463.2; Chromosome location: Xq22.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
