Human RNF125 qPCR Primer Set – ring finger protein 125
Also known as: TNORS, TRAC-1, TRAC1
About this gene: RNF125 encodes a novel E3 ubiquitin ligase that contains a RING finger domain in the N-terminus and three zinc-binding and one ubiquitin-interacting motif in the C-terminus. As a result of myristoylation, this protein associates with membranes and is primarily localized to intracellular membrane systems. The RNF125 protein may function as a positive regulator in the T-cell receptor signaling pathway.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 54941; HGNC ID: HGNC:21150; UniProt: Q96EQ8; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_017831.4; Chromosome location: 18q12.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
