SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RNF123 (ring finger protein 123) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RNF123 qPCR Primer Set – ring finger protein 123
Also known as: FP1477, KPC1
About this gene: The RNF123 protein contains a C-terminal RING finger domain, a motif present in a variety of functionally distinct proteins and known to be involved in protein-protein and protein-DNA interactions, and an N-terminal SPRY domain. The RNF123 protein displays E3 ubiquitin ligase activity toward the cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 1B which is also known as p27 or KIP1.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 63891; HGNC ID: HGNC:21148; UniProt: Q5XPI4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_022064.5; Chromosome location: 3p21.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
