SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RLIM (ring finger protein, LIM domain interacting, also called R-LIM) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RLIM qPCR Primer Set – ring finger protein, LIM domain interacting
Also known as: MRX61, NY-REN-43, RNF12, TOKAS
About this gene: The RLIM protein is a RING-H2 zinc finger protein. The RLIM gene product is reported to be an E3 ubiquitin protein ligase that targets LIM domain binding 1, and causes proteasome-dependent degradation of LDB1. The RLIM protein and LDB1 are co-repressors of LHX1/LIM-1, a homeodomain transcription factor.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51132; HGNC ID: HGNC:13429; UniProt: Q9NVW2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_016120.4; Chromosome location: Xq13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
