SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RNF111 (ring finger protein 111, also called hRNF111) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RNF111 qPCR Primer Set – ring finger protein 111
Also known as: ARK, hRNF111
About this gene: The RNF111 protein is a nuclear RING-domain containing E3 ubiquitin ligase. The RNF111 protein interacts with the transforming growth factor -beta/NODAL signaling pathway by promoting the ubiquitination and proteosomal degradation of negative regulators, like SMAD proteins, and thereby enhances TGF-beta target-gene transcription. As a modulator of the nodal signaling cascade, RNF111 plays a critical role in the induction of mesoderm during embryonic development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 54778; HGNC ID: HGNC:17384; UniProt: Q6ZNA4; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_017610.8; Chromosome location: 15q22.1-q22.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
