About this gene: The RNF11 protein contains a RING-H2 finger motif, which is known to be important for protein-protein interactions. The expression of RNF11 is reported to be induced by mutant RET proteins. The germline mutations in RET gene are known to be responsible for the development of multiple endocrine neoplasia.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
