SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RPP40 (ribonuclease P/MRP subunit p40) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RPP40 qPCR Primer Set – ribonuclease P/MRP subunit p40
Also known as: RNASEP1, bA428J1.3
About this gene: RPP40 enables ribonuclease P RNA binding activity. Contributes to ribonuclease P activity. It is involved in tRNA 5'-leader removal.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10799; HGNC ID: HGNC:20992; UniProt: O75818; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006638.4; Chromosome location: 6p25.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
