SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RNASEH2B (ribonuclease H2 subunit B, also called AGS2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RNASEH2B qPCR Primer Set – ribonuclease H2 subunit B
Also known as: AGS2, DLEU8
About this gene: RNase H2 is composed of a single catalytic subunit and two non-catalytic subunits and specifically degrades the RNA of RNA:DNA hybrids. The RNASEH2B protein is the non-catalytic B subunit of RNase H2, which is believed to play a role in DNA replication. Defects in RNASEH2B are a cause of Aicardi-Goutieres syndrome type 2.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 79621; HGNC ID: HGNC:25671; UniProt: Q5TBB1; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_024570.4; Chromosome location: 13q14.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
