SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RNASEH2A (ribonuclease H2 subunit A, also called AGS4) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RNASEH2A qPCR Primer Set – ribonuclease H2 subunit A
Also known as: AGS4, RNASEHI, RNHIA, RNHL
About this gene: The RNASEH2A protein is a component of the heterotrimeric type II ribonuclease H enzyme. RNAseH2 is the major source of ribonuclease H activity in mammalian cells and endonucleolytically cleaves ribonucleotides. The RNASEH2A gene product is predicted to remove Okazaki fragment RNA primers during lagging strand DNA synthesis and to excise single ribonucleotides from DNA-DNA duplexes.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10535; HGNC ID: HGNC:18518; UniProt: O75792; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006397.3; Chromosome location: 19p13.13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
