SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RLN1 (relaxin 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RLN1 qPCR Primer Set – relaxin 1
Also known as: H1, H1RLX, RLXH1, bA12D24.3.1, bA12D24.3.2
About this gene: Relaxins are known endocrine and autocrine/paracrine hormones, belonging to the insulin gene superfamily. In humans there are three non-allelic relaxin genes, RLN1, RLN2 and RLN3, where RLN1 and RLN2 share high sequence homology. The RLN1 protein is synthesized as a single-chain polypeptide but the active form consists of an A chain and a B chain linked by disulfide bonds.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6013; HGNC ID: HGNC:10026; UniProt: P04808; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006911.4; Chromosome location: 9p24.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
