SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human SCPEP1 (serine carboxypeptidase 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human SCPEP1 qPCR Primer Set – serine carboxypeptidase 1
Also known as: HSCP1, RISC
About this gene: SCPEP1 is predicted to enable serine-type carboxypeptidase activity. It is predicted to be involved in negative regulation of blood pressure and retinoic acid metabolic process. It is predicted to act upstream of or within blood vessel diameter maintenance.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 59342; HGNC ID: HGNC:29507; UniProt: Q9HB40; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_021626.3; Chromosome location: 17q22
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
