About this gene: The product of RIPK3 belongs to the receptor-interacting protein family of serine/threonine protein kinases, and contains a C-terminal domain unique from other RIP family members. The RIPK3 protein is predominantly localized to the cytoplasm, and can undergo nucleocytoplasmic shuttling dependent on novel nuclear localization and export signals. The RIPK3 gene product is a component of the tumor necrosis factor receptor-I signaling complex, and can induce apoptosis and weakly activate the NF-kappaB transcription factor.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
