About this gene: RIPK2 belongs to the receptor-interacting protein family of serine/threonine protein kinases. The RIPK2 protein contains a C-terminal caspase activation and recruitment domain, and is a component of signaling complexes in both the innate and adaptive immune pathways. The RIPK2 gene product is a potent activator of NF-kappaB and inducer of apoptosis in response to various stimuli.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
