SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RIPK1 (receptor interacting serine/threonine kinase 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RIPK1 qPCR Primer Set – receptor interacting serine/threonine kinase 1
Also known as: AIEFL, IMD57, RIP, RIP-1, RIP1
About this gene: RIPK1 belongs to the receptor-interacting protein family of serine/threonine protein kinases. RIPK1/RIPK3 kinase-mediated necrosis is referred to as necroptosis. Genetic disruption of RIPK1 in mice leads to death shortly after birth.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8737; HGNC ID: HGNC:10019; UniProt: Q13546; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001354930.2; Chromosome location: 6p25.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
