About this gene: The RIOK1 protein competes with pICln for inclusion in the protein arginine methyltransferase 5 complex. This complex targets substrates for dimethylation. The RIOK1 protein is essential for the last steps in the maturation of 40S subunits.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
