SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RIMS3 (regulating synaptic membrane exocytosis 3, also called Nim3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RIMS3 qPCR Primer Set – regulating synaptic membrane exocytosis 3
Also known as: NIM3, RIM 3, RIM3
About this gene: RIMS3 is predicted to enable transmembrane transporter binding activity. Predicted to be a structural constituent of presynaptic active zone. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including regulated exocytosis; regulation of synapse organization; and regulation of synaptic vesicle exocytosis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9783; HGNC ID: HGNC:21292; UniProt: Q9UJD0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014747.3; Chromosome location: 1p34.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
