SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RIMS2 (regulating synaptic membrane exocytosis 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RIMS2 qPCR Primer Set – regulating synaptic membrane exocytosis 2
Also known as: CRSDS, OBOE, RAB3IP3, RIM2
About this gene: The RIMS2 protein is a presynaptic protein that interacts with RAB3, a protein important for normal neurotransmitter release. The RIMS2 protein can also bind multiple other synaptic proteins, including UNC-13 homolog B, ELKS/Rab6-interacting/CAST family member 1, and synaptotagmin 1. The RIMS2 protein is involved in synaptic membrane exocytosis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9699; HGNC ID: HGNC:17283; UniProt: Q9UQ26; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001348484.3; Chromosome location: 8q22.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
