SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ARHGAP32 (Rho GTPase activating protein 32, also called GC-GAP) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ARHGAP32 qPCR Primer Set – Rho GTPase activating protein 32
Also known as: GC-GAP, GRIT, PX-RICS, RICS, p200RhoGAP, p250GAP
About this gene: RICS is a neuron-associated GTPase-activating protein that may regulate dendritic spine morphology and strength by modulating Rho GTPase activity.[supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008].
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9743; HGNC ID: HGNC:17399; UniProt: A7KAX9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001378024.1; Chromosome location: 11q24.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
