Human ARHGAP17 qPCR Primer Set – Rho GTPase activating protein 17
Also known as: MST066, MST110, MSTP038, MSTP066, MSTP110, NADRIN, PP367, PP4534, RICH-1, RICH1, WBP15
About this gene: RICH1 is a GTPase-activating protein. GAPs stimulate the intrinsic GTP hydrolysis of small G proteins, such as RHOA, RAC1, and CDC42.[supplied by OMIM, Apr 2004].
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55114; HGNC ID: HGNC:18239; UniProt: Q68EM7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001006634.3; Chromosome location: 16p12.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
