SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RHOBTB2 (Rho related BTB domain containing 2, also called p83) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RHOBTB2 qPCR Primer Set – Rho related BTB domain containing 2
Also known as: DBC2, DEE64, EIEE64, p83
About this gene: The RHOBTB2 protein is a small Rho GTPase and a candidate tumor suppressor. The RHOBTB2 protein interacts with the cullin-3 protein, a ubiquitin E3 ligase necessary for mitotic cell division. The RHOBTB2 protein inhibits the growth and spread of some types of breast cancer.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 23221; HGNC ID: HGNC:18756; UniProt: Q9BYZ6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_015178.3; Chromosome location: 8p21.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
