About this gene: The RHAG protein is erythrocyte-specific and is believed to be part of a membrane channel that transports ammonium and carbon dioxide across the blood cell membrane. The RHAG protein appears to interact with Rh blood group antigens and Rh30 polypeptides. Defects in RHAG are a cause of regulator type Rh-null hemolytic anemia, or Rh-deficiency syndrome.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
