SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RGS9 (regulator of G protein signaling 9) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RGS9 qPCR Primer Set – regulator of G protein signaling 9
Also known as: PERRS, PERRS1, RGS9L
About this gene: RGS9 belongs to the RGS family of GTPase activating proteins that function in various signaling pathways by accelerating the deactivation of G proteins. The RGS9 protein is anchored to photoreceptor membranes in retinal cells and deactivates G proteins in the rod and cone phototransduction cascades. Mutations in RGS9 result in bradyopsia.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8787; HGNC ID: HGNC:10004; UniProt: O75916; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003835.4; Chromosome location: 17q24.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
