SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RGS4 (regulator of G protein signaling 4, also called RGP4) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RGS4 qPCR Primer Set – regulator of G protein signaling 4
Also known as: RGP4, SCZD9
About this gene: Regulator of G protein signaling family members are regulatory molecules that act as GTPase activating proteins for G alpha subunits of heterotrimeric G proteins. RGS proteins are able to deactivate G protein subunits of the Gi alpha, Go alpha and Gq alpha subtypes. They drive G proteins into their inactive GDP-bound forms.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5999; HGNC ID: HGNC:10000; UniProt: P49798; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005613.6; Chromosome location: 1q23.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
