SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RGS3 (regulator of G protein signaling 3, also called RGP3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RGS3 qPCR Primer Set – regulator of G protein signaling 3
Also known as: C2PA, RGP3
About this gene: RGS3 belongs to the regulator of G-protein signaling family. The RGS3 protein is a GTPase-activating protein that inhibits G-protein-mediated signal transduction. Long isoforms are largely cytosolic and plasma membrane-linked to a function in Wnt signaling and in the epithelial mesenchymal transition, while shorter N-terminally-truncated isoforms can be nuclear.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5998; HGNC ID: HGNC:9999; UniProt: P49796; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001394167.1; Chromosome location: 9q32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
