SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RGS18 (regulator of G protein signaling 18) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RGS18 qPCR Primer Set – regulator of G protein signaling 18
Also known as: RGS13
About this gene: RGS18 belongs to the regulator of G-protein signaling family. The RGS18 protein is contains a conserved, 120 amino acid motif called the RGS domain. The protein attenuates the signaling activity of G-proteins by binding to activated, GTP-bound G alpha subunits and acting as a GTPase activating protein.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 64407; HGNC ID: HGNC:14261; UniProt: Q9NS28; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_130782.3; Chromosome location: 1q31.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
