Human RGS17 qPCR Primer Set – regulator of G protein signaling 17
Also known as: RGS-17, RGSZ2, hRGS17
About this gene: RGS17 belongs to the regulator of G-protein signaling family. The RGS17 protein contains a conserved, 120 amino acid motif called the RGS domain and a cysteine-rich region. The protein attenuates the signaling activity of G-proteins by binding to activated, GTP-bound G alpha subunits and acting as a GTPase activating protein.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 26575; HGNC ID: HGNC:14088; UniProt: Q9UGC6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_012419.5; Chromosome location: 6q25.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
