Human RGS13 qPCR Primer Set – regulator of G protein signaling 13
About this gene: The RGS13 protein belongs to the regulator of G protein signaling family. RGS family members share similarity with S. cerevisiae SST2 and C. elegans egl-10 proteins, which contain a characteristic conserved RGS domain. RGS proteins accelerate GTPase activity of G protein alpha-subunits, thereby driving G protein into their inactive GDP-bound form, thus negatively regulating G protein signaling.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6003; HGNC ID: HGNC:9995; UniProt: O14921; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002927.5; Chromosome location: 1q31.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
