SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RGS12 (regulator of G protein signaling 12) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RGS12 qPCR Primer Set – regulator of G protein signaling 12
About this gene: RGS12 belongs to the 'regulator of G protein signaling' gene family. The RGS12 protein may function as a guanosine triphosphatase-activating protein as well as a transcriptional repressor. The RGS12 protein may play a role in tumorigenesis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 6002; HGNC ID: HGNC:9994; UniProt: O14924; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001394154.1; Chromosome location: 4p16.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
