SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RGS11 (regulator of G protein signaling 11) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RGS11 qPCR Primer Set – regulator of G protein signaling 11
Also known as: RS11
About this gene: The RGS11 protein belongs to the RGS family. Members of the RGS family act as GTPase-activating proteins on the alpha subunits of heterotrimeric, signal-transducing G proteins. The RGS11 protein inhibits signal transduction by increasing the GTPase activity of G protein alpha subunits, thereby driving them into their inactive GDP-bound form.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8786; HGNC ID: HGNC:9993; UniProt: O94810; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_183337.3; Chromosome location: 16p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
