SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RGR (retinal G protein coupled receptor) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RGR qPCR Primer Set – retinal G protein coupled receptor
Also known as: RP44
About this gene: RGR encodes a putative retinal G-protein coupled receptor. The gene belongs to the opsin subfamily of the 7 transmembrane, G-protein coupled receptor 1 family. Like other opsins which bind retinaldehyde, it contains a conserved lysine residue in the seventh transmembrane domain.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5995; HGNC ID: HGNC:9990; UniProt: P47804; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001012720.2; Chromosome location: 10q23.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
