SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RFX4 (regulatory factor X4) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RFX4 qPCR Primer Set – regulatory factor X4
Also known as: NYD-SP10
About this gene: RFX4 belongs to the regulatory factor X gene family, which encodes transcription factors that contain a highly-conserved winged helix DNA binding domain. The RFX4 protein is structurally related to regulatory factors X1, X2, X3, and X5. The RFX4 gene product is reported to interact with itself as well as with regulatory factors X2 and X3, but it does not interact with regulatory factor X1.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5992; HGNC ID: HGNC:9985; UniProt: Q33E94; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_213594.3; Chromosome location: 12q23.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
