SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RFX2 (regulatory factor X2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RFX2 qPCR Primer Set – regulatory factor X2
About this gene: RFX2 belongs to the regulatory factor X gene family, which encodes transcription factors that contain a highly-conserved winged helix DNA binding domain. The RFX2 protein is structurally related to regulatory factors X1, X3, X4, and X5. The RFX2 gene product is a transcriptional activator that can bind DNA as a monomer or as a heterodimer with other RFX family members.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5990; HGNC ID: HGNC:9983; UniProt: P48378; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000635.4; Chromosome location: 19p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
