Human TRAF7 qPCR Primer Set – TNF receptor associated factor 7
Also known as: CAFDADD, RFWD1, RNF119
About this gene: Tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated factors, such as TRAF7, are signal transducers for members of the TNF receptor superfamily. TRAFs are composed of an N-terminal cysteine/histidine-rich region containing zinc RING and/or zinc finger motifs; a coiled-coil motif; and a homologous region that defines the TRAF family, the TRAF domain.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 84231; HGNC ID: HGNC:20456; UniProt: Q6Q0C0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_032271.3; Chromosome location: 16p13.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
