SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TRIM13 (tripartite motif containing 13) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TRIM13 qPCR Primer Set – tripartite motif containing 13
Also known as: CAR, DLEU5, LEU5, RFP2, RNF77
About this gene: TRIM13 belongs to the tripartite motif family. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. TRIM13 is located on chromosome 13 within the minimal deletion region for B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10206; HGNC ID: HGNC:9976; UniProt: O60858; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_213590.3; Chromosome location: 13q14.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
