SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RFK (riboflavin kinase, also called Flavokinase) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RFK qPCR Primer Set – riboflavin kinase
Also known as: RIFK
About this gene: Riboflavin kinase is an essential enzyme that catalyzes the phosphorylation of riboflavin to form flavin mononucleotide, an obligatory step in vitamin B2 utilization and flavin cofactor synthesis.[supplied by OMIM, Nov 2009].
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55312; HGNC ID: HGNC:30324; UniProt: Q969G6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018339.6; Chromosome location: 9q21.13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
