About this gene: RFC5 encodes a smallest subunit of the replication factor C complex, which consists of five distinct subunits and is required for DNA replication. This subunit interacts with the C-terminal region of proliferating cell nuclear antigen and is required to open and load proliferating cell nuclear antigen onto DNA during S phase. The RFC5 gene product belongs to the AAA+ ATPase family and forms a core complex with the 38 and 40 kDa subunits that possesses DNA-dependent ATPase activity.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
