SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RFC4 (replication factor C subunit 4, also called RFC37) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RFC4 qPCR Primer Set – replication factor C subunit 4
Also known as: A1, MRMNS, RFC37
About this gene: The elongation of primed DNA templates by DNA polymerase delta and DNA polymerase epsilon requires the accessory proteins proliferating cell nuclear antigen and replication factor C. RFC, also named activator 1. This subunit forms a core complex with the 36 and 40 kDa subunits. The core complex possesses DNA-dependent ATPase activity, which was found to be stimulated by PCNA in an in vitro system.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5984; HGNC ID: HGNC:9972; UniProt: P35249; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002916.5; Chromosome location: 3q27.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
