SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RFC1 (replication factor C subunit 1, also called RFC140) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RFC1 qPCR Primer Set – replication factor C subunit 1
Also known as: A1, CANVAS, MHCBFB, PO-GA, RECC1, RFC, RFC140
About this gene: RFC1 encodes a large subunit of replication factor C, a five subunit DNA polymerase accessory protein, which is a DNA-dependent ATPase required for eukaryotic DNA replication and repair. The large subunit acts as an activator of DNA polymerases, binds to the 3' end of primers, and promotes coordinated synthesis of both strands. The RFC1 gene product may also have a role in telomere stability.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5981; HGNC ID: HGNC:9969; UniProt: P35251; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002913.5; Chromosome location: 4p14
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
